Northside Music Ministry

Music Notes

There are several opportunities for you to become involved in the music ministry of Northside Baptist Church. Below is a list of the many choirs, groups and ensembles we offer for the sole purpose of exalting the Savior and lifting Him up:

Northside Choir:
Sings weekly in the 10:15 a.m. Sunday morning service; practices Wednesday night in the Worship Center from 6:00-7:30 p.m.; Bobby Pruiett, Director

Northside Praise Team & Praise Band:
Leads worship during the Sunday morning 8:45 a.m. and Sunday evening 6:00 p.m. Worship services; practices on Wednesday afternoons from 5:00-6:00 p.m. in the Worship Center; incorporates acoustic and electric guitars, drums, percussion, bass, keyboard and singers; Bobby Pruiett, Worship Leader.

“His Kids” Children’s Choir:
Presents two musicals a year and also sings occasionally in the worship services; practices Wednesday nights from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Children’s Building; Susan McMurry & Melea Cox, Directors.

Preschool Choir:
Presents two musical presentations a year, and also sings occasionally in the worship services; practices Wednesday nights from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Children’s Building; Glen & Susan Gibson & Kaylene Melville, Directors.
